Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TNR Cards & Collectibles website and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Launch Promotion - Free Pro Membership

Promotional Period: For the first 12 months of service (beginning February 16, 2026), all new user accounts will automatically receive a complimentary Pro membership tier.

  • Duration: Pro membership is provided free of charge for 12 months from account creation date.
  • Features: Promotional Pro members receive all standard Pro tier features including up to 1,000 active listings, 10,000 inactive storage items, advanced analytics, bulk upload tools, premium featured placement, and priority phone support.
  • No Payment Required: No credit card or payment information is required during the promotional period.
  • After Promotional Period: After 12 months, accounts will transition to the Free tier unless the user chooses to subscribe to a paid plan. Users will be notified 30 days before the promotional period ends.
  • Modifications: TNR Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time for new signups, though existing promotional memberships will be honored for their full 12-month period.

Prohibited items

The following are not permitted on the platform:

  • Full-size automobiles / motor vehicles (this platform supports toy die-cast vehicles only).
  • Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods.
  • Items that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Listings & moderation

We may remove listings or content that violate these terms or that we believe may harm buyers, sellers, or the integrity of the marketplace.

Location Permission & Free Local Pickup

We may request location permission in supported app and browser flows to determine whether free local pickup is available. Free local pickup is available only when buyer and seller locations are within 50 miles of each other and both are in the continental United States.

  • Alaska and Hawaii are excluded at this time.
  • We may use device location (if permitted) and/or shipping ZIP/address data for eligibility checks.
  • Offer availability is void where prohibited.
